Option 27 from the selection menu. Called T&E Misc Funstions. Then option 7 in the next menu.
HQ

Will display system bulletins from the operating rules department.
Division Selection List

By pressing enter key on the screen without putting a code in the B.Division feild.
"S"

Used in the selection list will select and apply that selection into the B.Division or B.District feild.
PRNT in OPT feild

Will print the bulletin if you place a 3 digit printer ID into the PRT feild.
Clear/Pause Break

Returns you to the previous menu.
