Highballs and Tall Drinks

Pour the liquors into Highball, fill with ice.

• -1/2 oz Orange Curacao (Cointreau)
• -1/2 oz Lime Juice
• -2 dsh Angostura Bitters
• -2 oz Ginger Beer
• -Lime Wheel
• -Orange Slice

Build the rum, curacao, lime juice and bitters in highball glass with ice, add garnish

• -2 oz Vodka
• -Cranberry Juice
• -Pineapple Juice
• -Lime Wedge

Pour vodka into highball with ice topped with equal cran and pineapple, add garnish.

• -8 oz Guinness Stout Beer
• -8 oz Pale Ale Beer

Pour pale ale into pint glass, float the remaining Guinness on top by pouring over bar spoon

• -3 oz Tomato Juice
• -1 1/2 oz Vodka
• -1/2 oz lemon Juice
• -1 dsh Worcestershire Sauce
• -Celery Salt
• -Ground Pepper
• -Hot Pepper Sauce

Build liquids in highball, add seasonings to tast and garnish with lemon/lime and celery/pickle
