Difference between "べき" and "はず"?
べき: has a feeling that something should/ought to be done because its a responsibility, duty or it is expected. For things like "grass should be green" you don't use べき.
はず is more something you expect that should be, like "I expect they have this at the supermarket" would use はず, but "the supermarket ought to have this (because its their job)" would use べき
