Cardiac arrest 1mg 1:10,000 iv repeat every three to five min

Symptomatic bradycardia 1mcg/min iv infusion

Asthma attacks allergic reactions 1:1000 .3-.5mg im/subQ max dose 1mg

Anaphylactic .1mg 1:10,000 iv over 5 min

Cardiac arrest .01mg/kg 1:10,000 iv every three to five min max dose 1mg
