Delay repolarization of and increase the action potential

Ventricular arrhythmias, second line for atrial arrhythmias

sick sinus,2nd and 3rd degree blocks,cardiogenic shock

hypotension, bradycardia

Vb and Pulsess vtach 300mg iv, may be followed by one dose of 150mg in three to five minutes

Tachycardia with pulse 150mg in 100ml d5w over 10 minutes

• vib,pulseless vtach 5mg/kg max dose 300mg
• tachy with pulse 5mg/kg over 20to60 min
