  1. When using sweet and sour mix or bled for:
    • always blend for 2-4 sec.
    • or handshake 6-10 times.

    • 1 Oz. any Liquor/liqueur (wiskey most commom)
    • 2 oz. sweet & sour
    • blend and strain
    • Garnish: Cherry or Flag
  3. Stone Sour
    Rock Glass

    • 1 oz. any Liquor/liqueur (amreto most common)
    • 1 oz. orange juice
    • 1 oz. sweet & sour
    • blend and strain
    • Garnish: Cherry or flag
  4. Bardi Cocktail
    Rock glass

    • 1 oz. Baardi light rum
    • 1/2 oz. Grenadine
    • 1- 1/2 sweet & sour
    • blend and strain
    • Garnish: lime
  5. Daiquiri
    Rock Glass

    • 1 oz. Light rum
    • 2 oz. sweet & sour
    • Blend and Drain
    • Garnish: Lime
  6. Margarita
    Coupette Glass

    • Salt rim of glass
    • 1 oz. light tequila
    • 1/2 oz. Triple sec
    • 1- 1/2 oz. Sweet & sour
    • Garnish: Lime
    • Acron: MargariTTa (use the 2 t for tequila and triple sec)
  7. Blue Margarita
    Coupette Glass

    • Salt rim of glass
    • 1 oz. Light Tequila
    • 1/2 oz. Blue Curacao (blue Carusell Bottle)
    • 1- 1/2 oz. Sweet & Sour
    • Garnish: Lime

    • Salt rim of glass
    • 1 oz. Cuervo especial tequila
    • 1/2 oz. Grand marnier
    • 1- 1/2 oz. Sweet & Sour
    • Garnish: lime
