Contraindications
Do not use in patients in cardiogenic shock, severe bradycardia or second or third degree block, patients with hypotension

Decreased B/P and Heart Rate, AV Block, Muscle weakness, tingling, fatigue, and dizziness

Dosage and Administration
- Cardiac arrest: 300mg IVP may repeat once in 5 minutes at 150 mg IVP for recurrent or refactory VF/VT.
- Wide comlpex tachycardia wuth a pulse: 150mg IV over 10 minutes (Maximum three 150mg doses.)
- pediatric dose :5mg/kg IV
