  1. What is "TCP/IP"?
    Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol
  2. What does TCP/IP do?
    It fragments the data being sent into small packets ranging from 1000-1500 bits.
  3. What does the header in an IP Packet contain?
    It has the:

    • The IP Version
    • Lenth of the IP header in 32 bit increments, minimum is 20 bytes or five 32 bit increments, maximum is 24 bytes or six 32 bit increments
    • Senders IP address
    • Receivers IP address
    • The packet number in the sequence of packets
    • The packet size
