What does dewpoint mean and in what places does it occur (ground, air, clouds)

Dewpoint occurs on ground and it is when the temperature where the air needs
Understand the difference between dry and wet adiabatic colling
- Dry- unsaturated air as it heats/ cools
- Wet- Slower rate of cooling releasing of the latent heat
What is required for water vapor to condense.

Air must be 100% humidity (saturated)
When water vapor remains the same, does lowering air pressure cause an increase or decrease in relative humidity
