• Nationalism:a strong supporter of rights and interests of one's society
• Imperialism:when a country takes over land and makes the people of that land subject to their rule
• Militarism: (a political orientation of a people or a government to maintain a strong military force and to be prepared to use it aggressively to defend or promote national interests)
• Alliances: an agreement made between two or more countries to give each other help if needed leading to allies.
