  1. What is a simple event?
    • A simple event is the result of a single outcome.
    • (One coin toss, heads or tails, thats it)
  2. What is a joint event?
    The results of two or more simple events (a heads on the first flip and a tails on the second flip)
  3. What is a compliment of an event?
    The complement of an event is the opposite if the result that occured. (Tails is the compliment of a coin landing on heads)
