given intraperitoneal 15mg/kg QD per exchange
Calcium Carbonate
1-2g PO TID /w meals
Calcium Acetate (phoslo)
2 tabs PO TID /w meals
Sevelamer (Renagel)
800-1600mg TID /w meals
Lanthanum Carbonate (Fosrenol)
250-500mg TID /w meals
