Lithium toxicity may be potentiated by sodium depletion
Digitalis toxicity may be potentiated by potassium depletion

100 mg / 5 ml, 20 mg / 2 ml, 40 mg / 4 ml Vials, Prefilled syringes

0.5-1.0 mg/kg injected slowly IV:
20-40mg (Virgin)
40-80mg (on Lasix Already)

Pregnancy safety
: Category C
Ototoxicity and deafness can occur with rapid administration
Should be protected from light
10 mg of Demadex = 40 mg of Lasix
1 mg of Bumex = 40 mg of Lasix
