    Canidate ensures client has shoes on before walking to scale
  2. Sets scale at zero before weighing client
    While client steps onto scale, canidate stands next to scale and assists client, if needed, onto center of scale, then determines client's weight
  3. While client steps off scale, canidate stands next to scale and assists client, if neede, off scale before recording weight
    Records weight based on indicator on scale. Weight is within plus or minus 2 lbs. of evaluator's reading
