    • Transverse - upwards normal
    • Median or saggital plane - Symetrical
    • Coronal - Front normal
  2. What are the general directions?
    • Superior - Upwards
    • Inferior - Downwards
    • Anterior - Frontwards
    • Posterior - Backwards
  3. What are the bending directions?
    • Abduction - Away from body
    • Aduction - Towards body
