Describe Bruschetta
Wood Fired goat cheese fondue with roasted garlic, and balsamic tomatoes on top of a basil pesto sauce, served with toasted baguettes.

What is Goat Cheese Fondue
A blend of goat cheese, cream cheese and roasted garlic.

What are Balsamic Tomatoes
Small diced roma toms, salt and pepper, chiffonade of basil and balsamic vinaigrette marinated for a least an hour.

Describe Warm Chorizo Sausage and Spanish Cheese?
Similar to queso fundido but with a little more Spanish influence. We will start with housemade ground chorizo sausage which will be cooked and crumbled with chunks of Manchego cheese. Oven-roasted tomatoes are chopped and folded into the cheese mixture. The mixture will be heated and served warm and creamy with 5-6 peices of grilled baguette.

An aged (90+ days) semi-firm sheeps milk cheese that is a blend of cow's, goat's and sheep's milk harvested in the La Mancha region Spain.

Describe Calamari
Lightly battered and fried, with agrodolche sauce

What is Calamari?
Squid has a firm, chewy texture and mild somewhat sweet flavor. We will serve rings and tentacles and the portion sze is 7oz. Note: Gazpacho aioli may be subed for the agrodolche upon request.

What is Agrodolche?
Translated in Italian to mean sweet and sour. Ours in made with red wine vinigar, sweet chili sauce, sugar, banana peppers, basil, roasted red pepper, cucumbers, cilantro, and Itialian parsley.

Descirbe Wood-Roasted Mushrooms
Local mushroom, leeks, thyme, mushroom jus, War Eagle Stone ground grits, foie gras butter. The garnish on this dish is sizzled sage, chives grated parmesan and leeks.

Describe Crab Cakes
Three crab cakes total of 5oz served atop of a smoked paprika aioli. A small watercress and Clementine mixed in our house lemon vinaigrette.
