List the dosages and Administration routes for Amiodarone
1) VFib/ Pulselessness VTach: Initial dose 300mg slow IV push over 1-2 min in 10 cc of normal saline (NS)
2) Ventricular Ectopy (PVC): initial dose 150 mg slow IV Push over 10 min. Repeat dose 150 mg slow IV Push over 10 min continue if needed to a total of 300 mg administared
3) IV Infusion: 150 mg in 100 ml normal saline (NS) yeilds 1.5 mg/ml to be run at 0.5 - 1.5 mg per minute
