- 1) Bronchospasm/respiratory Distress/ Allergic reaction/ anaphylaxis: 0.15 - 0.3 mg (1:1000 concentration) IM autoinjector
- 2) Cardiac: Asystole/ PEA/ VFib/ Pulsessness VTach: 1 mg (1:10,000 concentration) every (q) 3-5 min
- 3) Trach admin if IV/IO not available: 2.0-5.0 mg (1:1000 concentration) every (q) 3-5 min in 10 ml of Normal Saline (NS)
- 4) Bradycardia, Infusion Mix: 1 mg (1:1000 concentration) in 250 ml of Normal saline (NS) this yields 4 mcg/ml, to be run at 2-10 mcg/min

- 2) Croup: 5ml (1:1000 concentration) via nebulizer over 5 - 15 min
- 3) Cardica: Asystole/ PEA/ VFib/ Pulslessness VTach: Standard initial dose 0.01 mg/kg (1:10,000 concentration) every (q) 3-5 min
- 4) Bradycardia: Standard initial dose0.01 mg/kg (1:10,000 concentration) max single dose 0.5 mg
- 5) Infucion mix: 1 mg (1:1000 concentration) in 250 ml of normal saline (NS), this yields 4 mcg/ml, run at 0.1-1.0 mcg/kg/min
