    Human Growth Hormone
  2. What's Sermorelin?
    GHRH agonist used to treat hypopituitary dwarfism
  3. What's Mecasermin?
    Recombinant IGF-1 that binds to human IGF-1 to increase it's t1/2 in Hyperpituitary Dwarfism/Laron syndrome
  4. What's Pegvisomant?
    • GH antagonist
    • Binds to GH receptors and inhibits IFG-1 secretion
  5. What's bromocriptine?
    • Dopamine agonist
    • Inhibits relase of GH in pts with Acromegally
    • Pts with GH and Prolacin adenomas!
  6. What's Octreotide?
    • Synthetic SST analog
    • Suppress GH release in GH acromegalic pts
