Treatment for Hemolytic Reaction
- Stop transfusion
- Manage symptoms

- Stop transfusion
- Give diuretics, antihistamines and corticosteroids
- Give Oxygen, possibly intubate

- Stop transfusion
- Administer antihistamines, corticosteroids, epinephrine and antipyretic

- Give IV fluids and supportive care
- C&S from donor and patient
