    3. Profits - Net operating profit of $300,00 max.

    4. Types of management-ownership structure - Independent managament, owner-supplied capital, local area of operations or relatively small size within its industry.

    They do not want there business to grow.

    Yes, each employee is expected to be able to do multiple things.

    Yes they do.

    1. Bias for action - encourages new ides and creativity.

    Small businesses.

    Obtain subcontracts of many services from larger businesses and government organizations that are unable or choose not to carry out techincal advances themselves.

    1. North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA)

    2. Global Markets - Major shift to the globalization of markets. this means that smaller businesses should have increased opportunities to source, produce, and deliver to international markets.

    3. Large Business Response - Good suppliers, higher wages.

    Less paperwork and providing tax incentives.
