Head Face Neck & Lymphatics

  1. Internal Carotid Artery
    • Branches off the Common Carotid Artery
    • Runs inwards and upward to supply the brain
  2. External carotid artery
    Supplies the face, salivary glands and superficial temporal area
  3. Carotid artery
    Internal Jugular vein
    Both lie beneath the SternoMastoid muscle

    External jugular vein runs diagonally the sternomastoid muscle
  4. Cranial Nerve XI
    Innervates Sternomastoid muscles and Trapezius
