Patient Instructions
- 3 S's: no smoking, sucking, spitting.
- swelling gone 3-4 days.
- day after-rinse with warm salt water.
- avoid very hot/cold food/liquid.
- change gauze pads as instructed.
- diet of soft foods and liquids-1 week.
- Medicine as prescribed or directed.
- Call dentist immediately if you keep bleeding.
- if sutures return in 7 days to remove.
