  4. Administration is ½ to 1 hour prior to
    dental procedure
  5. Dosage guidline for Amoxicillin
  6. • Adult 2 grams
    • Child 50mg/kg
  7. If Allergic to Penicillin
    • Clindamycin
    • Cephalexin
    • Azithromycin
  8. Dosage for clindamycin
    • Adult 600mg
    • Child 20mg/kg
  9. Dosage for Cephalexin
    • Adult 2 grams
    • Child 50mg/kg
  10. Azithromycin
    • Adult 500mg
    • Child 15mg/kg
