    • Dynamite Crust - Lupchong(Chinese sausage), shitake mush.,scallions,
    • sriacha, kabayake,mayo.
    • Served with Roasted Garlic Oyster Sauce.
    • Served with a side of Fennel,Leeks,Black Mission Figs & Pinenuts.
    • Served with Carrots and Broccoli.
  2. Saffron Sherry Infused Prawns
    • 6 Prawns infused with saffron and sherry.
    • Served with Sundried Tomato Buerre Blanc.
    • Served with Lemon Caper Risotto
  3. Scallops
    • 6 Salt and Pepper Seared Scallops, each with it's own
    • piece of fried pork belly, braised and cured.
    • Served with a Buerre Blanc Drizzle.
    • Served with Saffron Spetzel (German Dumplings)
    • Served with Cauliflower.
  4. Filet
    • 8 oz. Grilled Filet bound by bacon.
    • Served with a 3 Herb Demi (Thyme, Rosemary, and Oregano)
    • Served with Vermont White Cheddar Polenta.
    • Served with Asparagus.
