- Cardiac arrest 1 mg every 3-5 min
- Alternative doses for CA .2 mg/kg IVP every 3-5 min
- ET doses 2-2.5 mg every 3-5 min
- Continous Infusion mix 30 mg in 250 ml of NS or D5W and run@ 100 microdrips/min
