  1. Bloomin' Onion
    A colossal onion breaded and deep-fried. Served with a mayonnaise horseradish sauce.
  2. Alice Springs Chicken Quesadilla
    Grilled chicken breast, bacon, honey mustard sauce, sauteed mushrooms, Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese, in a flour tortilla, grilled to crispy perfection. Served with honey mustard for dipping.
  3. Shrimp Scampi
    Four large succulent shrimp sauteed in butter, garlic, parsley, shallots, Chablis wine and Outback secret seasonings. Served with house-made garlic toast.
  4. Kookaburra Wings
    One pound of fresh chicken wings breaded and deep-fried. Served with celery and homemade blue cheese dressing.
  5. Aussie Cheese Fries
    Homemade seasoned french fries, made fresh daily with Idaho potatoes, topped with Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese and bacon. Served with spicy ranch dressing.
  6. Seared Ahi Tuna
    Sashimi-style Yellow Fin Tuna, spice rubbed and seared. Served with sides of soy dressing and wasabi vinaigrette. (Served cold)
  7. Grilled Shrimp on the Barbie
    Six large shrimp sprinkled with seasonings and delicately grilled. Served with homemade remoulade sauce and a lemon wedge. Served atop a Romaine spear.
  8. Gold Coast Coconut Shrimp
    Six large prawns dipped in beer batter and coconut then fried. Served with a Creole-marmalade sauce.
  9. Classic Filet Wedge Salad
    Tender sliced seared (2) 3oz pieces of filet tenderloin with a cool, crisp wedge of fresh Iceberg lettuce, blue cheese dressing, grape tomatoes, red onion, bacon, and blue cheese crumbles, drizzled with sweet Balsamic glaze. (served Medium unless otherwise requested)
