  1. palpate over the temporal bone on each side of head, lateral to each eyebrow.

  2. palpate the anterior edge of the sternocleidomastoid mussle, just medial and inferior to the angle of the jaw
    Carotid
  3. palpate over the apex of the heart at the fourth or fifth intercostal space, left midclavicular line
    Apical
  4. palpate in the groove between the biceps ant triceps , just medial to the biceps tondon.
    Brachial
  5. Palpate in the groove between the biceps and triceps, just medial to the biceps tendon.
    Radial
  6. This pulse is inferior and medial to the ingament
    femoral
  7. lightly palpate the dorsal surface of the foot, with the foot slightly dorsiflexed.
    Dorsalis Pedis
  8. The pulse is found posterior and slightly inferior to the midial mallelus.
