- <65 yrs: need 1-2 doses ONLY if risk present -- smoker, chronic lung or CV disease, DM, chronic liver disease, immunocompromised, cochlear implants, CSF leak
- @65 yrs: 1 dose if never vax; may need 2nd dose

- If haven't had @ least 3 Tds in life, need them now!
- 3 doses: 0, 1, 6-12 mos
- Boost: q10yrs
- ONE TIME: substitute Tdap for Td (to get pertussis)

- Vaqta: 2 doses - 0, 6-18 mos
- Twinrix (Hep A&B): 3 doses - 0, 1, 6 mos
- 4 dose sched: 0, 7d, 21-10d, 1yr

- Twinrix (Hep A&B): 0, 1, 6mos
- 4 dose: 0, 7d, 21-30d, boost @ 1yr

- Adults born during/after 1957 need 1-2 doses
- CONTRAINDICATED: pregnancy & immunocompromised (EXCEPT HIV)
- 1-2 doses: 0, (1mo -- if 2nd)

- NEED: if never had chick pox OR if only got ONE dose
- CONTRAINDICATED: pregnancy & immunocompromised (EXCEPT HIV)
- Single-antigen varicella vax
- 2 dose: 0, 1mo

- College students living in dorm! or other risk factors
- 1 dose
- 2 dose in 5 yrs if still have risk factors -- NOT for students if ONLY risk factor is on campus housing

Herpes Zoster (shingles)
- If adult 60+ -- get it!
- CONTRAINDICATED: pregnancy & immunocompromised (EXCEPT HIV)
