    of all atoms are identical each has the same mass and the same negative charge.
  4. Protons-
    Make up the nucleus, positive charge.
  5. Neutrons-
    Make up the nucleus, no charge.
  6. What is the principle of conservation of charge?
    When something is charged no electrons are created or destroyed only transfered.
  7. What do the negative parts of the atoms do in a wall?
    Repel away from the balloon.
  8. What do the positive parts of the atoms in the wall do?
    They are attracted toward the balloon.
  9. Why does a balloon stick to a wall?
    Unlike charges attract.
  10. The atoms holding a balloon to a wall are-
    Electrically polarized.
