What services will trigger the daily charge on the $2.00 Unlimited Daily Talk & Text plan?
Voice calls made or received (except 611, 911), calls to access Voice Mailbox or check messages, any text/picture/video/sound message sent, and use of Instant Messaging (IM).
What services will "not" trigger the daily charge on the $2.00 Unlimited Daily Talk & Text plan?
Voicemail deposits, 611, 911 and other calls to refill account, any text/picture/video/sound message received, and using data or browsing.
What happens when the customer’s balance is not enough to cover their chosen plan? (Example: $50.00 in the account on the $60.00 Unlimited Talk & Text rate plan)
If the account balance is insufficient to cover the cost of the plan, services will not be available even though there is still a balance. Customers may choose to either add to their account balance, or call the 611 IVR and change to a lower rate plan.
