Although relevant evidence is inherently prejudicial, only unfair prejudice that substantially outweights its probative value will permit exclusion of relevant matter. Factors indicating exclusion: substantial danger of unfair prejudice, confusion of the issues, misleading the jury, undue delay, waste of time, cumulative.
