    • (I) Anterior, lateral surface of the proximal 1/3rd of the radial shaft
    • (A) Supinate the forearm
  3. Brachialis
    • (O) Distal half of anterior surface of humerous
    • (I) Tuberosity and coronoid process of ulna
    • (A) Flex the elbow (Humeroulnar Joint)
  4. Brachioradialis
    • (O) proximal two-thirds of the lateral supracondylar ridge of the humerous
    • (I) Styloid process of radius
    • (A) Flex the elbow
  5. Extensor carpi Radialis Longus
    • (O) Distal one-third of the lateral suprachondylar ridge of the humerus

  10. Extensor Indicis
    • (O) Posterior surface of distal shaft of Ulna and interosseous membrane
    • (I) Tendon of the extensor digitorum at the level of the second metacarpal
  11. Flexor carpi Radialis
    • (O) Common flexor tendon from the medial epicondyle of humerus
    • (I) Bases of second and third metacarpals
  12. Palmaris Longus
    • (O) Common flexor tendon from the medial epicondyle of humerus
    • (I) Flexor retinaculum and palmar aponeurois
  13. Flexor Carpi Ulnaris
    • (O) Humeral Head: Common flexor tendon from the medial epicondyle of humerus
    • Ulnar Head: Posterior surface of proximal two thirds of ulna
    • (I) Pisiform, hook of the hamate and base of the fifth metacarpal
  14. Flexor Digitorum Superficialis
    • (O) Common flexor tendon from the medial epicondyle of humerus, ulnar collaterall ligament, coronoid process of ulna, interosseous membrane and proximal shaft of radius
    • (I) Sides of middle phalanges of second through fifth fingers
  15. Flexor Digitorum Profundus
