• O: -Ischial tuberosity of hip bone
• -Lateral lip of linea aspera of femur

I: Lateral side of head of fibula

• A: -Extends thigh
• -Flexes leg & rotates it laterally

• N: -Tibial division of sciatic n. (L4-S3)
• -Common fibular (peroneal) division of sciatic n. (L4-S2)

O: Ischial tuberosity

I: Medial condyle of tibia

A: Extends thigh, flexes leg & rotates it medially

N: Tibial division of sciatic n. (L4-S3)

O: Ischial tuberosity

I: medial surface of tibia (via pes anserinus)

A: Extends thigh, flexes leg & rotates it medially

N: Tibial division of sciatic n. (L4-S3)
