    • Malignant: ill-defined border, mottled, Codman's triangle

    • 75% occur in children

    • Rapidly worsening pain +/- fever & swelling
    • Raised ALP
  4. Describe the clinical picture of Ewing's sarcoma.
    • 1-20yo common
    • M >F
    • Lower extremities
    • Pain, swelling, fever
    • Raised ESR
    • Highly malignant - metastasise early
  5. Describe the clinical picture of giant cell tumour.
    • 20-40yo common
    • Knee, distal radius
    • Pain / pathological fracture
    • Locally invasive and potentially malignant
