    I: transverse processes of C4 to C6

    • A: unilateral: ipsilateral side bending of head/neck
    • bilateral: head/neck extension

    • -cervics: transverse processes of T1 to T5
    • -capitis: transverse process of C4 to T5
    • I: ribs (btw tubercles/angles)

    • I: cer: spof c2 sometimes c3-c4
    • cap: occiput btw superior and inferior nuchal line

    A: bilateral: neck/head extension and back
