Propoxyphene Napsylate & Acetaminophen/ Darvocet N

side effects: drowsiness, Gi bleeding, exfoliative dermatitis, stevens johnsons syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, anaphylaxis
Ketorolac/Toradol

indications: moderate to moderately severe pain (extended release formations ava to pts requring around the clock pain management)
Contraindications: OB, lactation. (use cautiously in Geri & pedi)
side effects: seizures, dizziness, headache, somnolence, constipation, nausea
