CABIN ALTITUDE AND RATE.......CHECK[Confirms pressurization problem] If cabin altitude uncontrollable:
PASSENGEROXYGEN...ON
- DESCENT...ACCOMPLISH
- Without delay, close thrust levers, extendspeedbrakes, and descend at VMO/MMO. Leveloff at lowest safe altitude or 10,000 feet,whichever is higher. If structural integrity is indoubt, limit airspeed and avoid high maneuvering loads.

DUAL ENGINE FAILURE (3)
ENG START SELECTORS (Both)...FLT
THRUST LEVERS(Both) ...CLOSE
FUEL CONTROL SWITCHES (Both) ...CUT OFF,THEN RUN
If engine appears stalled or EGT approaches the Standby Engine Indicator placard limit:Repeat the above step as necessary

ENGINE FIRE, SEVERE DAMAGE, or SEPARATION (5)
AUTOTHROTTLE ARM SWITCH...OFF
THRUST LEVER ...CLOSE
FUEL CONTROL SWITCH .......CUT OFF
- ENGINE FIRE SWITCH... ROTATE (if fire)
- Rotate to the stop and hold for 1 second
- If, after 30 seconds, engine fire warning light remains illuminated:
- ENGINE FIRE SWITCH...ROTATE TO OTHER BOTTLE
- Rotate to the stop and hold for 1 second

ENGINE LIMIT, SURGE, or STALL (2)
AUTOTHROTTLE ARM SWITCH...OFF
- THRUST LEVER ... RETARD
- Retard until indications remain within normal limits or the thrust lever is closed.

EVACUATION (8)
PARKING BRAKE ...SET
Cabin Alt MODE SELECT ...MAN
Cabin Alt MANUAL Control ...Hold in CLIMB until the Outflow Valve is fully open
FUEL CONTROL Switches (both)...CUT OFF
Advise the Cabin to Evacuate.
Advise the Tower.
Engine and APU... Override and Pull
- IF an Engine or APU Fire Warning Occurs:
- Related Fire Switch..........Rotate to the Stop and hold 1 second

AIRSPEED UNRELIABLE (5)
PITCH ATTITUDE and THRUST....CHECK
If pitch and thrust is not normal for phase of flight:
- A/P...DISENGAGE
- A/T...DISENGAGE
- F/D...OFF
- ATTITUDE and THRUST...CHECK
Establish normal pitch attitude and thrust setting for phase of flight.
