(This is my opinion)
No church can be healthy unless its deacons are servants.
By definition, deacons are to be servants.
They are not simply to have a servant attitude–they are to be serving.
Deacons who don’t actively serve in the church cannot be equipped to make ministry decisions.
Only through serving do we develop the heart of Christ. Without serving regularly, we slip into unhealthy management modes that actually undermine what the Church is designed to become.
If you’re not serving, then you’re not growing.
And if you’re not growing, you’re becoming the leader who’s blocking your Church from the path it’s intended to walk.
If someone has something against you, what would you do to work it out with them? Give a Scripture to support your answer:
Mat. 18:16

(This is my opinion)Eph. 4:3 and Matthew 18:15-17:
To maintain unity and fellowship, Deacons should be familiar with conflict resolution strategies like: |active listening, private one-on-one conversations, seeking to understand different perspectives, prioritizing reconciliation, using biblical principles to guide discussions, facilitating mediation when necessary, and encouraging forgiveness and humility; always striving to address issues promptly and with love, keeping the focus on the problem rather than the person involved.

(This is my opinion)
The primary business of a church should be to "make disciples" of Jesus Christ, meaning to actively teach and spread the gospel, leading individuals to a personal relationship with God through faith and transformation of their lives, rather than focusing on building a large congregation or generating profits; and whether a church is doing this well depends on its commitment to actively evangelize, provide meaningful discipleship programs, and serve the community in alignment with religious teachings.

I see myself taking courageous ethical stands by speaking up for justice and compassion, even when it's difficult.
This could involve advocating for marginalized voices, promoting fairness in my community, or challenging harmful practices.
I’d aim to lead by example, showing that it's possible to act with integrity and compassion, even in the face of opposition. Staying informed and engaging in difficult conversations is also key to standing firm in my beliefs.
Spiritual leaders encourage fellow members. How do you see yourself doing this?

Faith provides the strength to face uncertainties and the compassion to support those in need.

Can you lead someone to a saving relationship with Christ? Yes or No. Give an explanation.
(This is my opinion)
Yes, I can help lead someone toward a relationship with Christ by providing guidance, answering questions, and explaining core Christian beliefs based on biblical teachings.
However, ultimately, accepting Christ is a personal decision between the individual and God, influenced by the work of the Holy Spirit.
I can explain the Gospel message of how Jesus Christ offers salvation through His death and resurrection, and how faith in Him leads to forgiveness of sins and eternal life.
I can also encourage personal prayer, reflection, and a genuine desire for a relationship with God.
However, spiritual transformation is the work of God in a person's heart, not something any person (including me) can force or guarantee.
