-
- 3rd Degree AV Block:
- P & QRS march out at consistent rates, but not aligned
-
- 2nd Degree Mobitz AV Block:
- Extra P waves, consistent PR intervals when QRS complexes do show up
-
- 2nd Degree Wenckebach AV Block:
- Progressively lengthening PR Intervals w/ lone P wave that “resets” rhythm
-
- 1st degree AV Block:
- Consistent, Long PR Interval (>0.20 s)
-
-
- Ventricular Fibrillation (V-Fib):
- No QRS complexes, no definable iso-electric line
-
- Ventricular Tachycardia (V-Tach):
- Run of PVC’s (no P waves, wide QRS)
-
- Ventricular Escape:
- No P waves, wide QRS
-
- Premature Ventricular Complexes (PVC):
- Occasional QRS beats that are large (wide and high amplitude)
-
- Accelerated Junctional Rhythm:
- No P waves throughout the whole rhythm (but faster)
-
- Junctional Escape Rhythm:
- No P waves throughout the whole rhythm
-
- Junctional Escape Beat:
- Occasional beats that lack of P wave
-
- Premature Junction Beats:
- Early beat w/ no P wave, followed by compensatory pause
-
- Atrial Fibrillation:
- Quivering pattern, Atrial Rate: >350 BPM
-
- Atrial Flutter:
- Saw-tooth pattern, Atrial Rate: 250-350 BPM
-
- Supraventricular Tachycardia (SVT):
- Abrupt start of fast beats abruptly goes back to regular beat
-
- Premature Atrial Complexes (PAC):
- Early beat, unchanged QRS followed by compensatory pause
-
- Sinus Pause:
- Skipped beat, restarts with P wave, 1:1 P:QRS ratio
-
- Sinus Arrhythmia:
- BPM rate changes, 1:1 P:QRS ratio
-
- Sinus Tachycardia:
- Heart rate >100 BPM, 1:1 P:QRS ratio
-
- Sinus Bradycardia:
- Heart rate <60 BPM, 1:1 P:QRS ratio
-
- Sinus Rhythm:
- Normal heart rhythm, 60-100 BPM, 1:1 P:QRS ratio
