  4. You can't represent someone if the opposing lawyer is your family member unless the clients both give... you guessed it...

  5. What must happen in an aggregrate settlment?
    When a lawyer has co plaintiffs in a class action, the lawyer has to tell EVERYONE the total settlement and the dollar amount everyone else got in the settlement.
