    •  Referral – as soon as possible, see a doctor.
    •  No Heat – heat will increase bleeding.
    •  No Alcohol – alcohol increases bleeding and swelling.
    •  No Running – running or exercise increases blood flow, delaying healing.
    •  No Massage – massage increases swelling and bleeding, also delaying
    • healing
