Thrust Reverser Inadvertent Deployment During Takeoff, Speed Above V1, Takeoff Should Normally Be Continued
- 1. Emergency Stow Switch - EMER (affected engine)
- 2. After establishing a positive rate of climb, landing gear - RETRACT - do not exceed 125 KIAS until reverser stops.
- 3. At 400 feet, Flaps...RETRACT at V2 +10 and accelerate. Do not exceed 200 KIAS after thrust reverser stows

Thrust Reverser Inadvertent Inflight Deployment
- 1. Control Wheel/Autopilot - GRIP/DISENGAGE (airplane will tend to pitch up and roll into the deployed reverser)
- 2. Emergency Stow Switch - EMER (affected engine)
- 3. Throttle (affected engine) - CHECK IDLE
- 4. Airspeed - REDUCE TO 125 KIAS OR BELOW. AFTER REVERSER STOWS, DO NOT EXCEED 200 KIAS
