  1. Jungle Curry
    similar to the red curry but without the coconut milk to thicken it, resulting in a more broth-like soup
  2. green curry
    fresher curry made with fresh green chilies, lemongrass, kaffir lime, and spinach to enhance green color
  3. red curry
    made with lemongrass, galangal, garlic, cardamom, and dried red chilies for richer chili flavor
  4. yellow curry
    made with lemongrass, galangal, and corriander, but flavor emphasizes seasonings in it including turmeric, white pepper, cumin, and cinnamon
  5. Chiang mai curry
    made from coconut milk, ginger, garlic, and corriander, and seasoned with red boat, palm sugar, and soy
  6. Panang Curry
    made from roasted coconut, ginger, tamarind, peanuts, and other savory seasonings. unique to other though in that it's not made with fish sauce
  7. massaman curry
    coconut milk curry made with ancho peppers, peanuts, soy, cinnamon, bay leaves, and seasoned with red boat, palm sugar, soy, and tamarind
  8. jungle curry hot pot with shrimp
    jungle curry (red and soup-like) with shrimp, rice noodles, and watercress.

  12. Chiang Mai Noodles with Shrimp (Kao Soi)
    ginger-coriander based light coconut curry sautéed with shrimp, served over fresh egg noodles, topped with crispy egg noodles. 

    comes with bok choy, broccoli, green onion, cilantro and chili oil (can substitute chicken, beef, or tofu N/C)
  13. Vegetarian Curry Pot with Tofu
    local tofu cooked in your choice of 100% vegetarian red, green or yellow curry sauce, served with the same accompaniments as the non-vegetarian alternative listed above (Chiang mai?). choice of jasmine rice, brown rice, or rice noodles on the side
