    • Turn the arm
    • Turn the hand to the thumb
    • Extend the fingers
    • Bend the wrist to the thumb, thumb in the plane of palm
    • Push the arm up and to side, shoulder behind the ear and scapula to the spine

    • Turn arm 
    • Turn the hand to the thumb
    • Bend the finger, close the palm
    • Turn the wrist to the fifth finger
