  2. What do we do if we receive a counterfeit case in FBA?
    Assign Tickets to Different Teams: we make a bin check to check for issues within our scope. If it is manual ticket work on it like if it was a WIR. For automatic: if there are a couple of comments saying its fake and other are diff we will work on it like the mayority indicates.
  3. What is the first thing to do when its a valid exp issue?
    If we have stock we create bin checks to all FCs with the sellers inverory
  4. Which are the pulls that come supressed automatically?
    PCX, X-prior
  5. Why do we unquarantine in exp cases?
    so the correct items are sellable again
  6. where can you check if the expanded bin check has been done?
    provenance will show all the FCs that are suposed to have a bin check open
  7. What do you have to do whith images from bin check?
    Add them to the ticket in information
