Arteries in the brain become blocked. Blood flow is obstructed and brain cells die. Ischemic stroke due to cerebrovascular disease.

Abnormal sound during heart beat, often from a valve disorder

Not enough blood being pumped to meet the body cells needs. Caused by extreme hypotension.
