No dosage adjustment in patients with mild to moderate dysfunction--use caution in severe impairment

Accumulation in hepatic dysfunction is possible---use caution if concurrent CYPC19 (gene polymorphisms in asians) and 3A4 inhibitors are used

Consider dosage reduction in severe hepatic dysfunction since metabolized by CYP3A4 and CYP2C19
