Student's Rights

  1. Right to pursue quality education.

  2. - Access to all official public information on matters directly affecting their individual and/or collective welfare.
    - Access to their own academic records, the confidentiality of which the school shall maintain.

  3. - Right to express their opinion and distribute information as long as these do not run counter to law, public morals, safety, and general welfare.

  4. - Students, through the Central Student Government, are represented in the following bodies for the formulation, review, and implementation of policies.

  5. - Right to organize democratic and representative student organizations in adherence to the vision-mission of the College.

  6. - Students subjected to disciplinary proceedings shall have the right to defend themselves, be heard, and present evidence before the College Discipline Board.

  7. No search or seizure against a student shall be deemed valid, except in the following instances: (Authorized, Illegalities, Suspicions, Warrant)

  8. - Pursuant thereto, no military detachments shall be installed in the school campus.
    - Military elements and/or policemen and school security forces shall not interfere with student activities.
