- Students subjected to disciplinary proceedings shall have the right to defend themselves, be heard, and present evidence before the College Discipline Board.

- No search or seizure against a student shall be deemed valid, except in the following instances: (Authorized, Illegalities, Suspicions, Warrant)

- Pursuant thereto, no military detachments shall be installed in the school campus.
- Military elements and/or policemen and school security forces shall not interfere with student activities.
