    • there should also be a the cone of light from your instrument

    hole between you thumb and finger and brace your hand against eh patients face to prevent injurt to pt if they move.

    • know the triangles of the muscles on the side
    •  inspect the thyroid 
    •  to inspect you go behind the patient and oou use the finger pad of both hand to feel.
